Conduct open houses when needed.
Informs the Community Manager of any deficiencies or problems noted in the building or on the property that require attention.
Negotiate leases to achieve optimum value.
Conducts monthly market surveys and provide the information to Head Office
Handle all telephone, email and walk-in inquiries from prospective residents professionally and courteously.
Conduct viewings of the property and suites with prospective residents
Collect and complete all pertinent information on the Application Form and forward to the Leasing Manager for approval.
Qualify prospective residents to determine their needs and suitability as candidates.
Work together with the operations team to provide move-in package to new residents at time of lease signing; provides a full orientation when possible.
Encourage appointments or viewings with all prospective resident callers, walk-ins, and email inquiries.
Carries out other duties and/or procedures related to rental and administration of suites as assigned.
Notify all applicants of the Landlord’s decision (approval or decline) of the application.
Completes background checks, order credit checks, completes and execute the signing of all leases, assignments, and addendum forms.
Build strong community awareness through B2B sales calls.
Sell specific property benefits to prospective residents to obtain a commitment to rental.
Assist with coordination of moving elevator reservations for move-ins with the Community Manager for new residents.
Review, complete and maintain Availability Report and Daily Traffic report.
Inspect upcoming suite availabilities prior to showing to potential residents.

Experience with CRM tools and reporting.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving is required.
Bilingual communication (French and English, spoken and written).
