Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Safety Science, Environmental Health, Industrial Hygiene, Construction Safety, or a closely related safety-focused discipline
Prior hands-on experience in construction, industrial, or environmental safety settings
Ability to work in outdoor, industrial, and construction environments and travel to job sites
Effective verbal communication and presentation skills
Limited travel or minimal exposure to field environments
Can confidently communicate safety expectations with field crews, subcontractors, and project teams
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices
OSHA 10-Hour Certification (required within 90 days of hire; OSHA 30 preferred)
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Enjoys hands-on work in the field across construction, industrial, and environmental settings
Familiarity with OSHA and EPA regulations applicable to field environments
Is comfortable spending the majority of their time on active job sites
