The role will provide high-level administrative support to the Sales and Account Management teams, deliver internal account management support to selected customers and build strong relationships, produce monthly customer and internal reports, manage inbound sales leads, optimise customer information such as Site Waste Management Plans, maintain accurate CRM data, ensure commodity rebate data is up-to-date, and handle customer enquiries professionally.
- Provide high-level administrative support to Sales and Account Management teams

The successful candidate should be proactive, organised, customer-focused and have strong administrative capability. Essential qualifications include good education with high numeracy and literacy, proven experience in customer relationship management or account support, excellent written and verbal communication, strong planning and prioritisation, competence in Microsoft Office, ability to work independently and in a team, self-motivation, resilience, a results-driven attitude, and a clean driving licence.
Desirable attributes include knowledge of waste regulations, understanding of health, safety and environmental requirements, product or industry knowledge, and experience tracking KPIs and supporting sales performance.
- Possess strong numeracy, literacy and education standards
- Demonstrated experience in customer relationship management or account support
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong planning, organisation and prioritisation abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Self-motivated, resilient and results-driven
- Hold a full clean driving licence
