- Provide technical support and guidance to both clients and team members
- Use Corrigo CAFM system to manage tasks and update job statuses via tablet
- Collaborate with account coordinators, schedulers, and subcontractors
- Participate in site audits, inspections, and compliance checks
- Liaise with site management to ensure minimal disruption to operations
- Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks across mechanical and electrical systems
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and general building services
- Support minor works projects and ensure high standards of service delivery
- Ensure all work complies with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Support energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives

- Good understanding of health and safety regulations
- Proactive, team-oriented mindset with customer service focus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- NVQ Level 3 in an M&E discipline (Gas, Electrical, AC, Plumbing, or Carpentry)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar multi-skilled maintenance role
- Strong mechanical bias with commercial plumbing experience
- Experience in fast-paced or critical environments
- Experience with building services plant and HVAC systems
- L8 Training and IOSH Working Safely certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with BMS systems and CAFM tools (Corrigo preferred)
- GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths
