The Assembler I is responsible for assembling components and sub‑assemblies across multiple workstations to produce the final product. Duties include positioning and fastening parts, routing harnesses, operating manipulators, performing functional testing, and supporting validation checks while maintaining quality standards and a clean, safe work environment.
The role requires frequent standing, walking, reaching, and occasional climbing, lifting up to 35 lb, as well as occasional analysis, communication, and problem‑solving tasks. Work is performed in a fast‑paced environment with occasional shifts in task priority, exposure to dust, temperature extremes, and loud noises.
