Create and manage House & Land packages, ensuring fixed site costs and stakeholder coordination.

Tasks
-Assess site costs using inspections and online resources -Prepare fixed site cost calculations to foundation stage -Ensure site costs are fixed prior to deposit stage -Identify potential risks that could impact build costs -Build and maintain relationships with land developers -Create and manage House & Land packages across Queensland -Collaborate with Sales, Drafting, and Estimating teams to provide clear, accurate updates

What You Bring
-Clear, confident communication and strong stakeholder management -Strong knowledge of QLD building regulations, council planning codes, and developer guidelines -Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance -Proficiency with Framework software -5+ years’ experience in residential sales estimating (volume builder experience preferred) -Loan Market Elevate – expert financial solutions to support our customers’ property journeys -Strong time management skills and the ability to handle competing priorities -Ability to identify constructability issues in plans and applying site requirements
