  • Ordering Personal Protective Equipment, any vehicles that are required, IT and organise any other requirements including medicals.
  • Recording new data and keeping existing data up to date.
  • Providing support to new apprentices/grads from the time they accept their contacts/keeping warm process, including gathering data.
  • Generating and analysing data to identify areas of improvement.
  • Maintaining accurate data records and documentation related to the apprentices/grads and their progress.
  • Support the Recruitment Team with AO apprentice/grad Assessment Centres.
  • Assist the Apprentice Line Manager with any other administrative tasks related to the apprenticeship programme as required.
  • Using multiple programmes to gather and collate data to support with monthly data packs.
  • Support the organisation and facilitation of inductions for new apprentice/grad intakes, ensuring all necessary resources and materials are prepared.

  • Experience in supporting apprentices or graduates is preferred.
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to problem solve and think quickly to come up with solutions.
  • Being able to follow processes.
  • Familiar with Microsoft packages, including excel, teams, outlook, PowerBI.
  • Strong ability to multitask and prioritise tasks.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and departments.
  • Strong Excel experience.
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills.
