Architectural estimating experience preparing quantity surveys and cost estimates for all architectural trades, requiring complete knowledge of labor, material, equipment and subcontractor costs
Proficient with onscreen takeoff software, such as Planswift
Proven computer skills, including the utilization of Microsoft Office programs
Revit/Navisworks experience preferred
Mentoring and leadership experience
Strong subcontractor and vendor relationships
Design-Build and CMAR project delivery method experience
Conceptual estimating experience
Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent and 6 years of estimating experience preferred
