- Identify and resolve construction and detailing challenges directly on site
- Review and respond to RFIs, shop drawings, and contractor queries in coordination with the project team
- Represent the Vancouver studio locally in Victoria, maintaining the firm’s high standards of professionalism and quality
- Conduct regular site reviews and inspections to confirm compliance with contract documents, codes, and design intent
- Prepare detailed field review reports and track construction progress
- Ensure BCBC compliance and adherence to municipal requirements throughout the construction process
