Close out contract and project documentation.
Adhere to safety programs, trainings, and policies, promoting and managing Safety & Health performance of project team members and subcontractors.

Assist global practice and engineering disciplines with overall efforts for engineering and/or construction projects.
Support the Project Management team in developing RFP packages, handling the bid and selection process, and creating detailed scope of work documents for downstream contracts.
Manage contractor submittals, requests for information, supplemental design instructions, and site drawing logs.
Assist with project controls, including project cost reporting, scheduling, establishing project work breakdown structures, project setup and closeout within the accounting system, and field progress tracking.
Execute contracts, including change order management, field change directives, invoice approvals, and schedule management.
Participate in internal and external project risk reviews and consult with the Legal Department as necessary.
Verify contractor compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and material management programs.

Field experience in heavy industrial construction, particularly in power delivery, power generation, and mining.
4 years of applicable experience.
