Project Leadership: Oversee all aspects of construction delivery, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Quality Assurance: Monitor workmanship and materials to meet required standards, ensuring compliance with environmental and regulatory requirements.
Risk & Issue Management: Report and manage incidents, assist in investigations, and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact for Uisce Éireann, project managers, and contractors, providing clear updates and resolving issues promptly.
Health & Safety Oversight: Implement and monitor Uisce Éireann safety policies, review HSQE documentation (RAMS, TMP), and conduct weekly site safety reviews.
Contract Compliance: Ensure works are carried out in line with contract documents and specifications, including rigorous testing and quality assurance.
