The role supports the finance team by managing accounts payable operations, ensuring that invoices and payments are processed accurately and on time for multiple properties, and providing assistance to accountants and property teams as needed.
Performance expectations include monitoring vendor invoices, maintaining on‑time payment performance per service‑level agreements, and performing day‑to‑day accounts payable processing to keep financial records up to date and accurate.
Candidates should have an accounting background (B.Com, M.Com, or MBA in Finance) with 2‑4 years of experience as a senior finance analyst, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP systems such as PeopleSoft, Yardi, or MRI. Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication abilities are essential.
