Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, and Manufacturing to integrate cost targets into design and production decisions.
Support NLM operations during plant start-ups, product transfers, and new launches by providing cost analysis and guidance.
Prepare and present cost reports at key project milestones to leadership and cross-functional teams.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and cost-saving programs across ACM operations globally.
Provide on-site support at Nuevo Laredo and other manufacturing locations as needed (travel up to 15%).
Develop and maintain detailed cost models for ACM products, including materials, labor, overhead, tooling, and logistics.
Participate in make-vs-buy evaluations and lifecycle cost assessments for ACM components.
Conduct should-cost analysis and supplier benchmarking to identify cost reduction opportunities.
Monitor actual vs. estimated costs, perform variance analysis, and implement corrective actions.

Strong experience with Microsoft Office Excel and willingness to leverage AI tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or related field.
Excellent communication and ability to work cross-functionally in a global environment.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in costing tools and ERP systems.
Knowledge of Modine products and manufacturing processes (fabrication, machining, brazing) and cost drivers.
Minimum 2-3 years of Engineering experience. Experience in finance or product costing is a plus.
