Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing HR guidance and support.
Align HR strategies and initiatives with business goals and objectives.
Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
Partnering with the department leads to understanding and executing the organization's human resource and talent strategy, particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
Develops contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers.
Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.
Participate in the evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follow up to ensure training objectives are met.
