- Lead transaction execution across the full deal lifecycle - origination, due diligence, structuring, financing, and closing.
- Support portfolio management activities, including performance tracking, capital structure optimization, and strategic value creation initiatives.

- Excellent financial modeling, communication, and leadership skills.

- Strong transaction execution background and understanding of project finance, M&A, and capital markets processes.
