The Role

Overview

Lead RTO compliance and training operations across WA/NSW for WesTrac.

Tasks

-Drive digital transformation including aXcelerate, online assessments, and record digitisation -Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management across RTO, Safety & Pre-Trade teams -Oversee the Institute Workshop and Safety Training team -Liaise with ASQA, DTWD, and key internal/external stakeholders -Conduct internal audits and implement improvements with the L&D team -Lead and manage RTO compliance, scope, and quality across WA and NSW -Ensure compliance with ASQA, ISO 9001, and funding submissions (e.g. RAPT, Smart & Skilled)

What You Bring

-In-depth knowledge of RTO management and National VET Framework -Proven leadership across multi-functional teams -Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments -Certificate IV in Training & Assessment coupled with relevant RTO experience, preferably in the industrial/mining industry -Advanced Microsoft Office skills and digital systems experience -Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
