Drive alignment and collaboration between Sourcing, Procurement, Engineering, and Operations to ensure consistent problem-solving approaches and effective escalation pathways.

Take a leading role in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of an Enterprise Quality Management System (QMS) that serves as a centralized, authoritative source for all quality-related policies, procedures, and work instructions.
Facilitate cross-functional reviews to ensure that procedures and supporting documentation are and remain current, accurate, and aligned with company policy.
Develop a Vantage Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) program to identify, correct and prevent quality issues.
