Collaborate across departments to ensure marketing materials effectively communicate key messages and product value.
Work under the direction of a Senior Designer to support the Marketing Communications Team with creative projects, campaign coordination, and promotional activities.
Provide support for special projects, product launches, and company events as needed.
Assist with daily marketing administration tasks and general office duties as assigned
Select and develop photo images for marketing materials, websites, and social or blog posts to support campaigns and storytelling.
Assist with light website updates and content edits within WordPress.
Assist with rebranding initiatives by updating product collateral and marketing assets to reflect current templates and guidelines.
Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh ideas and creative input.
Support the organization and management of digital asset libraries and the marketing file server to ensure accessibility and version control.
Retouch and manipulate images to enhance quality and align with brand standards.
Design and produce marketing materials for both print and digital applications, ensuring brand consistency and visual impact.
Help maintain backend systems by uploading and updating product and marketing content.

Experience in both print and digital design layout creations
Strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with teams while independently managing projects.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
At least junior level in a bachelor’s program with a major in Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Solid understanding of color theory and typography
Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and multiple concurrent projects
