Collaborate with soft and hard services providers to maintain operational excellence.
Keep the site risk register updated and accurate.
Manage tenant relationships and ensure timely response to their needs and requirements.
Ensure KPIs/SLA for subcontractors are performed regularly and recorded as per contractual requirements.
Track and monitor waste and energy management, maintaining a monthly record tracker.
Directly manage the on-site technical team.
Manage all (Planned Preventive Maintenance) PPM activities.
Regularly audit the performance of service providers in line with specifications, KPI’s and SLA’s.
Maintain a site COSHH Register.
Oversee parking management.
Respond promptly to operational and reactive requests, ensuring timely resolution.
Prepare accurate and timely reports as directed by the Facilities Manager.
Immediately report any non-conformance, incidents, accidents, or unsafe conditions to the Facilities Manager.
Liaise with technical specialist service providers to ensure seamless service delivery.
Manage on-site project works contracted to Macro.
Assist in managing all site statutory/legal requirements.
Ensure all service providers adhere to HS&E procedures, contractual obligations, and legislative requirements.
Assist in managing on-site health, safety, and environmental concerns.
Regular monitor the CAFM system to ensure timely completion of job cards.

Willingness to take responsibility or ownership for processing issues not strictly within normal scope or field of work.
Ability to champion workplace best practices.
Technical education in Mechanical/HVAC, and/or proven work experience.
Smart, professional appearance.
Willingness to share knowledge to assist and help colleagues help themselves.
Excellent English written and oral communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Working knowledge of FM soft services.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite applications, specifically Word and Excel.
Ability to effectively multitask.
High level of self-confidence.
Ability to work under pressure.
Experience working in a multicultural environment.
Rapid learning skills with a flexible, positive “can-do” attitude.
High level of corporate and professional integrity; able to maintain absolute confidentiality.
Facilities Management services experience.
Working knowledge of health and safety.
Highly organised and an effective administrator.
Flexibility and speed in managing requirements.
