  • Prepare work and purchase orders
  • Prepare service contract quotations

  • Two or more years of experience in customer service call center or dispatching
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and conflict resolution skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Some knowledge of critical power systems and basic trouble shooting procedures is helpful
  • Strong computer skills using Microsoft suite and various project management software applications
  • Experience with shipping & logistics procedures is a plus
  • High school diploma/GED. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
