Description

Preparing detailed bid proposals and project budgets
Staying updated on the latest plumbing & mechanical materials, technologies, and industry codes
Cutting-Edge Projects: Tackle diverse commercial and residential projects, from healthcare facilities to retail spaces
Sourcing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing
Collaborating with project managers and engineers to define project scope and costs
Tracking project costs and aligning estimates with actuals
Identifying cost efficiencies without compromising quality
Reviewing blueprints, specifications, and technical documents to develop accurate estimates
