Tasks

-Maintain a strong commitment to continually enhance knowledge. -Remain approachable to customers and staff -Communicate operational issues with the MOD -Provide active involvement and interaction with Guests and employees to drive maximum satisfaction and to set a positive example. -Hold employees accountable to stated expectations and procedures -Support fellow employees through coaching, training, and encouragement -Resolve routine Guest service issues. -Effectively manage employee breaks in your lot(s) -Comply with safety standards and procedures

What You Bring

-No written counseling within the last six months for attendance or performance -Demonstrated communication skills; both verbal and written -1 year of experience as a CSR or equivalent -Problem-solving skills including prioritizing and maintaining professional demeaner
