Running the commissioning programme in coordination with the project team, construction teams and planners
Managing process and electrical commissioning activities with appointed engineers to ensure safe and successful delivery
Developing, managing and delivering full commissioning plans and strategies across all project stages
Ensuring compliance with all regulatory, legislative, HSE, client and company standards throughout the commissioning process
