Assist project management in developing, project schedule, site logistics plan and implementing project procedures, working documents, standards, etc.
Perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction.
Provide technical assistance, i.e., interpretation of drawings, recommending construction methods and equipment, etc., as required.
Support Site Specific Safety Plan.
Assume responsibility for planning, coordinating and supervising onsite functions (scheduling, subcontractor coordination, etc.).
Coordinate with on-site Owner employees.
Supervise construction effort to ensure project is constructed safely in accordance with design, budget and schedule.
Assume responsibility for compliance of craft workers and subcontractors with contract requirements, efficient use of materials & equipment, site safety plan and timely performance of the project schedule.

Previous experience working on HART projects is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal skills.
OSHA 500, certification, CPR & First Aid Certs
Highschool diploma or GED or 15 or more years of construction experience.
Experience as a superintendent on projects valued over $500M
Experience with City, State, Federal Government Clients preferred
Knowledge of contract management and familiarity with local trade/unions/craft.
Experienced in MS Word/Excel, Procure, Bluebeam, HCSS Heavy bid or similar software.
Knowledge, skills and experience with U.S. construction methods, techniques, and standards.
