The Energy Marshal will monitor and optimize energy usage, conduct regular inspections of power and cooling systems, and implement conservation and sustainability initiatives. They will coordinate with facility teams to maintain uptime, ensure OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory compliance, analyze consumption data for reporting, respond to emergencies, and train staff on best practices.

A solid understanding of electrical systems, energy‑efficiency standards, excellent problem‑solving abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast‑paced environment are required. Relevant certifications (OSHA, LEED, etc.) and a high‑school diploma with a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field are preferred.
