The position involves supporting and participating in environmental health and safety (EHS) and maintenance functions, utilizing a variety of tools, skills, and standard processes. The individual will engage in ongoing and new EHS and maintenance projects, contribute to risk assessments, coordinate training, and act as a MESH Champion for a specific EHS element. They will also lead facilities management planning, ensure contractor compliance, complete EHS inductions, develop digital solutions, and support TPM database development while assisting maintenance within their competency.
Candidates should hold an engineering degree and possess technical practical skills in mechanical or electrical areas. Strong IT proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office, and a process‑oriented mindset focused on continuous improvement are required. The ideal candidate is accurate, detail‑focused, enthusiastic, self‑motivated, able to take initiative, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
