- Work closely with your team and across the firm to promote an interdisciplinary design approach, upholding CJ+Cs commitment to design excellence and technical innovation.
- Partner with internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders to meet project goals.
- Contribute significantly to projects across concept development, schematic refinement, detailed design, construction documentation, and site administration.
- Facilitate client interactions to deliver project goals and maintain positive engagement.
- Foster seamless collaboration with internal and external teams, professional consultants, and strategic partners.
- Support and guide junior designers, contributing to multiple projects with high-quality outcomes while working with technical staff.
- Assist in creating persuasive proposals and interview materials to pursue new project opportunities
- Offer technical and creative input, focusing on project coordination, production, and effective delivery.

- 5+ years of relevant architecture and design experience, with a strong background in diverse project typologies and scales.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and certifications.
- Skilled in addressing client needs, budget constraints, architectural opportunities, or challenges impacting design concepts.
- Exceptional graphics and visualization skills to effectively convey design ideas.
- Actively working towards Licensure, Registered Architect, a significant plus
- Strong ability to communicate and present design concepts and their rationales.
- Strong ability to build collaborative relationships across the firm, with clients, and with key stakeholders.
- Skilled in Revit, + SketchUp, Enscape, and/or other modeling software and Adobe Creative Suite.
