Conducting point-of-work sales for added control services, unit components, unit replacements, control system upgrades, HVAC sales leads, and commercial service contracts.
Troubleshoots and effectively diagnoses and repairs inoperative systems and devices.
Keeping vehicle in clean condition at all times and using vehicle only for company use.
Performing DDC Control service and construction activities without direct oversight or on-site assistance.
Programming application specific controllers and ancillary devices. Setting up and programming system supervisory controllers and front-end equipment, including, but not limited to, line code and graphics.
Serving as a member of the Service Department Team to conduct Controls servicing of jobs, as well as construction controls start up and commissioning promptly and efficiently.
Performing related duties as directed by the Manager, Building Automation & Controls.
Climb and balance on ladders and stand for long periods of time.
Commissioning systems and performing point to point checks.
Perform all duties noted above under the conditions, circumstances, and extreme weather conditions found in Florida.

Possess in depth knowledge of manufacturers control system software such as Niagara AX and Niagara
Possess good vision (either naturally or with correction).
Possess basic computer skills including MS Word and Excel.
Stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl.
Tridium Niagara AX or N4 Certified required.
Valid Florida Driver's License is required
Ability to work under pressures of time, a non-standard schedule, weather, customer needs and backlog constraints.
Safety glasses required while performing certain tasks
