Have experience of working at a controls system integrator
Well-developed professional network externally and desire to build internal networks within the organisation
Have experience of leading on BMS and systems elements and some multi-disciplinary projects
Ideally CEng and a member of the IMechE, IET or CIBSE (or recognised equivalent). Track record of achievement and innovation, delivering complex projects or new services
Have some experience of managing client relationships and expectations with accountability for one or more key customer relationships and delivery of outputs
Have excellent communication skills, including report writing and presentations
Up to date knowledge of current building regulations, legislation and standards applicable in building / infrastructure design in the Built Environment
Self-motivated, with the ability to work on own initiative and the confidence to make decisions
