Description

• Prepare and process mailings, transmittals, and shipments via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and couriers
• Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages to two office locations
• Maintain inventory of shipping and office supplies and reorder as needed
• Reconcile vendor monthly statements and manage shipping accounts
• Perform administrative support for the Corporate Service Group (meeting set-up, business card ordering, travel coordination)
• Provide reception duties: answer and direct calls, greet visitors, and create a positive first impression
• Handle confidential project, client, corporate, and employee information

Requirements

• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiently
• Demonstrate strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Be self-motivated, flexible, and deliver excellent customer service
• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or certificate preferred
• Prior mailroom or administrative experience is advantageous
• Ability to sit/stand for prolonged periods, lift up to 30 lb, and perform regular walking
• Possess a reliable personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and insurance for daily mailroom tasks
