Expedites or defers open purchase orders with suppliers per MRP messages or Power BI reports.
Collaborate with suppliers and sister plants to maintain steady flow of materials.
Develops specifications for new contract orders.
Plans, schedules, and monitors inbound movement of materials from suppliers.
Monitor supplier performance and escalate issues as needed.

Experience with MRP systems and order management.
3 or more years of material planning or purchasing experience.
Experience extrapolating data from Power BI or Tableau.
Works well in a team environment.
A bachelors degree.

Experience using Microsoft Office Suite tools, (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
