Under the direction of the Electrical Project Lead, you will collaborate with multi‑disciplined engineering and design teams to develop various electrical design documents, produce wiring drawings, and incorporate vendor drawings into overall project designs. You will also have opportunities to accompany field walkdowns, gather data at client facilities, and be eligible for unescorted access badge to a nuclear station.
Required qualifications include an Associate’s degree in drafting or a high school diploma with equivalent technical design experience, plus 10+ years of detailed wiring design on medium‑voltage and 480 V systems, familiarity with digital control systems, extensive AutoCAD or MicroStation experience, and strong communication skills to interface with multidisciplinary teams. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S., as the company does not sponsor work authorization.
This position is an onsite schedule working four days per week, 10‑hour shifts, with per‑diem available to qualified candidates. It offers the chance to work in a project team environment designing, modifying, and upgrading power plant electrical systems.

The compensation range for this role is $74,750 to $115,120, with a transparent total compensation package that may include a discretionary yearly bonus.
