Multi Trade Operative

Description

• Responsive repairs - Attend reactive, emergency, and routine repairs, with occasional planned refurbishment in void properties. (Emergency call out on a rota basis)
• Multi trade work - Complete second fix tasks in occupied residential properties, primarily plastering, tiling and floor laying repairs

Requirements

• Customer focused - Enjoy working in domestic environments, engaging with residents and collaborating with your team.
• Problem solving - Apply fault finding skills in domestic settings to resolve issues effectively.
