Collaborate with other KCA associates on a variety of transportation engineering tasks.
Assist with projects such as new roadway alignments, widening, milling and resurfacing, bicycle and pedestrian facilities, highway safety studies, and intersection/interchange design.
Provide technical support for roadway design projects, including geometric design, roadway widening, intersection layout, and safety improvements.
Collaborate with other departments including structures, stormwater, traffic, and planning.
Work under the direction and guidance of the Roadway Department and Project Managers.
Assist with the development and production of project deliverables, including written documentation, graphics, and design exhibits.
Build and improve your software skills - MicroStation, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Excel, and more.
Work alongside and collaborate with highly qualified staff.
Prepare yourself for a rewarding career in transportation engineering.
Contribute to the preparation of construction documents, engineering reports, and plan production.
