Professional Housing Consultant

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Professional Housing Consultant located in Oklahoma City, OK. The Professional Housing Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in finding the perfect home solution by understanding their needs and guiding them through the purchasing process. Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales presentations, managing client relationships, providing affordable housing options, and utilizing social media for outreach and marketing. The consultant will also work closely with customers to ensure a seamless experience from home selection to delivery and installation.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in using Social Media for marketing and outreach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
• Experience in the manufactured housing industry is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Background in Real Estate and Affordable Housing
