As part of this expansion, we are seeking an experienced Test Lab Technician to support HVAC development programs by installing, calibrating, measuring, and recording data to ensure instruments and equipment meet established standards. The role also includes performing standard tests, electromechanical repairs, electronic measurements, and analyzing results to support research, development, and product quality initiatives.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HVAC equipment testing/operation or electromechanical testing methods.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Associate degree or technical diploma in engineering technology, electrical, electronic, mechanical, or related field.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Strong troubleshooting skills for components and equipment.
