  • Defining Substation Automation (SCADA) concepts for offers and projects for High Voltage Substations, covering network topology, substation controllers, HMI, virtualization concept, etc.
  • Taking responsibility for quality, time, and costs of own results.
  • Lead development regionalization plan to acquire needs from different regions and markets and stablish a continuous improvement program in the respective domain.
  • Interacting and interfacing with Control and Protection and Cybersecurity Engineering to assemble complete Substation Solution.
  • Design the strategy to develop the design: philosophy, typical, replicas, database creation and data lake analysis.
  • Conduct Trainings and technical presentations with customers, consultants, regulators, etc.
  • Create a lean process for design, configuration, parameterization and testing with approval process.
  • Securing Quality Assurance scope of work for network design, configuration and parameterization of substation controller, HMI, etc.

  • Good knowledge in communication protocols used in automation systems like IEC101, IEC104, IEC61850, NIST, NERC, IEC62443
  • Completed degree in electrical engineering, automation or similar
  • 12-15+ years of professional experience in engineering of HMI / SCADA systems for control systems and energy transmission & distribution
  • Deep knowledge in HMI software applications and Substation Automation configuration tools like WinCC, Zenon, ZEE600, SICAM PAS, SICAM A8000 or similar. Knowledge of different vendors solutions is advantage
  • Very good understanding of Energy business and the way it operates.
  • Knowledge of process data handling and integration of subsystems in automation systems and of SCADA Communication Gateway configuration and connection to Remote Control Centers
