- Strong safety culture and team support
- Relevant licences/tickets (e.g. Excavator, White Card, HR Licence)
- Positive attitude, reliability, and teamwork
- Drainer (Min. 4 years’ experience required) Install and maintain stormwater, sewer, and drainage systems, including box culverts. Must be skilled in trench shoring, pipe alignment, and reading plans.
- Multi-Skilled Operator (Min. 4 years’ experience required) Operate a variety of plant and machinery including loaders, rollers, Posi Track, and skid steers. Must be adaptable, safety-conscious, and assist with general site duties as needed.
- Excavator Operator (Min. 4 years’ experience required) Operate a range of excavators for trenching, bulk earthworks, detailed digs, and final trim work. Experience with GPS machine control systems is a major benefit. Must be confident working around services and in tight spaces.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality
- Civil Labourer (Experience and knowledge of civil construction required)
- Experience as outlined for each role
- Pipelayer (Min. 4 years’ experience required) Lay and connect stormwater, sewer, and water pipes to specification. Experience with laser levels, bedding, and backfilling required.
