Responsibilities include conducting full contractor screening—interviews, reference checks, skills testing, and background checks—maintaining documentation in Aerotek’s online systems, assisting with internal and client reporting, participating in career fairs and cold‑calling schools or organizations, and utilizing company resources for conflict resolution.
