  • Adheres to office safety guidelines and follow corporate quality work processes.
  • Develop engaging content, including graphics, short articles, and company updates.
  • Conduct research on clients, competitors, and market trends to inform both bids and marketing.
  • Create and schedule posts for LinkedIn and other social media platforms, ensuring content is accurate and on-brand.
  • Manage bid timelines, gather information from team members, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Track and report on bid and marketing activity, including outcomes and engagement metrics.
  • Ensure all documents and communications are well-presented and compliant with company standards.
  • Support the development of win themes and tailored responses for each opportunity.
  • Support the continuous improvement of bid and marketing processes.
  • Maintain and update databases of CVs, project information, and marketing materials.
  • Coordinate the preparation and submission of bids, proposals, and supporting documents.
  • May attend meetings on and off-site and might tour project areas while escorted by the client or IPS Supervisors for observation purposes.
  • Travel is minimal, but there might be a need to support regional offices on bid opportunities when necessary.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Knowledge of Database Concepts.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across teams.
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Administrator Tasks.
  • Proven experience working with Adobe Creative Suite, in particular InDesign.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • 3+ years experience in a marketing or sales capacity with exposure to proposal qualification package preparation.
