Electrical System Engineer

Our client’s Manufacturing, Technology & Engineering division leads the way in innovative manufacturing and engineering excellence. This role offers the chance to join the Capital Projects and Facilities team, supporting the design, installation, and startup of new facilities, equipment lines, and major capital projects across the company.

• Oversee failure analysis, troubleshooting, and reliability improvements for electrical equipment
• Design and implement electrical power systems for new facilities, expansions, and equipment installations
• Lead project scope, cost modeling, scheduling, execution, commissioning, and turnover
• Ensure robust, reliable, and cost-effective power solutions
• Support factory/site acceptance testing, integration, and training of plant personnel

• Experience mentoring junior engineers; PE license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering required
• Strong knowledge of medium- and low-voltage facility electrical power systems
• 10+ years in the power field
• Experience with transformers, switchgear, UPS, ATS, industrial control panels, and solid-state components (SCRs, IGBTs, etc.)
• Skilled in short-circuit, protection/coordination, arc flash, and system reliability studies

Compensation: $120K–$158K + 10% bonus, plus full benefits package
