Interface with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships through regular meetings, correspondence, and reporting.
Meet financial objectives by forecasting job costs, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve issues, adding value to the project and ensuring client satisfaction.
Plan, sequence, and schedule projects in collaboration with Superintendents and subcontractors, conducting job site meetings, and preparing updated schedules.
Ensure all work complies with technical, safety, and legal requirements, conducting periodic onsite observations to monitor compliance with plans.
Lead the coordination and management of all project resources, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and to the highest standards in a collaborative environment.

10+ years of commercial construction project management experience, with a track record of delivering $10M-$25M projects on time and within budget.

Ability to travel to construction sites throughout New England.
Proficient with Procore or construction-related software.
A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in hospitality or senior living housing preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management supervision, tracking job costs, planning, and performance management.
