  • Manage the team by making sure work has been apportioned correctly with all jobs allocated and instructed with contractors to facilitate smooth turn over of our property for new tenants.
  • Deliver an effective process to monitor and report on all team issues and make sure these are completed in a timely manner. Review this feedback and devise and implement continuous improvement to drive efficiencies.
  • Deal with escalations from tenants and landlords regarding maintenance related complaints, to ensure these are resolved in an appropriate manner.
  • Lead, inspire and motivate a team, drive performance across all areas to ensure we achieve high service levels while meeting the annual business targets.
  • Evaluate performance across the department and drive improvements across all areas. Prepare reports to be able to clearly demonstrate where and how these improvements can be made.
