We are currently searching for a Part‑time ReStore Retail Sales Associate to join our Habitat Omaha team. In this role you will help create an outstanding customer‑service experience that turns guests into loyal shoppers, while diverting items from landfills and generating revenue for Habitat for Humanity projects.
- Greet each guest warmly and create a welcoming experience.
- Engage guests with friendly conversation, ask open‑ended questions, and tailor assistance.
- Scan items efficiently following company best practices.
- Minimize guest wait time while maintaining accuracy and service quality.
- Inform guests about current sales, store activities, and upcoming events.
- De‑escalate negative situations and resolve guest concerns according to policies.
- Provide seamless service to Donation Bay and in‑store shoppers.
- Keep work area clean and clutter‑free; restock supplies during open hours.
- Thank guests after each interaction to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain attention to detail while multitasking.
- Educate guests about products and promote Habitat for Humanity of Omaha.
- Safely lift and move merchandise up to 40 lb; follow proper handling procedures.
