Operators are responsible for continuously monitoring and maintaining product quality based on established standards including visual and mechanical inspection of product.
Work in a safe manner at all times while following all safety policies and procedures.
Maintains a clean and safe work environment. Identifies any potential safety hazards to Supervisor or HSE Manager to promote the “Zero and Beyond” safety goal/initiative.
Performing setups in accordance with established procedure.
Loading/unloading equipment.
Maintaining and logging all information required supporting traceability and quality.

Prior manufacturing experience is a plus.
You must be able to demonstrate mechanical and computer skills.
Basic mathematic skills; adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, and basic percentages.
You must be able to lift up to 35 pounds occasionally.
Work from written and verbal instructions, procedures, and work orders.
Must be able to work in a High Performing Team Environment with limited supervision.
You must be able to stand up to 12 hours per day.
Must be able to pass background check and drug test.
High School Diploma or GED from accredited institution.
You must be able to push/pull up to 50 pounds multiple times per day.
Willing to work 12-hour shifts, weekends, and holidays.
