Document all service activities, troubleshooting procedures, and system configurations accurately and on time.
Interpret wiring schematics, technical manuals, and diagrams for installation.
Ensure strict adherence to safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of industrial control systems, including PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and instrumentation. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and programming principles, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced field environment.
Collaborate with engineers, programmers, and other technicians to ensure seamless system integration.
Perform installation, configuration, and testing of industrial control systems.
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software-related issues in automated systems.
Provide clear and effective communication with clients regarding service status and resolutions.
Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Hold a valid driver's license with clean driving record.
Be available for travel to project sites as needed.
Knowledge of industrial networks and communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Modbus).

Familiarity with VFDs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
Able to pass a drug screen for federal contractor requirements.
2-5 years of experience in industrial instrumentation and control systems.
Able to pass a background check.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Experience with HMI/SCADA software and programming tools.
In-depth understanding of electrical systems, including power distribution, control circuits, and instrumentation.
Proficiency in PLC programming and troubleshooting (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens).
High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or technical certification in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or a related field preferred.
