Assist during the project sales phase with documentation-related requirements.
Liaise with customers and suppliers as required.
Ensure successful delivery of documentation in accordance with contractual requirements by supporting and advising project teams and external partners in document control activities.
Supervise and advise Document Controllers as appropriate.
Manage the requirements and risks during the project.
Prepare a document management and control plan for the project.
Prepare and maintain project document control-related training packages for project teams and support functions.

Minimum 5+ years in Document Control within large-scale projects, preferably in construction or engineering.
Proficiency in English is required. Additional language skills, such as Spanish and/or Portuguese, are considered an advantage.

Excellent organisational, communication, and cooperation skills across functions and businesses.
Strong knowledge of document and content management principles and systems.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (electrical, mechanical, production economics, IT), or related field.
A general understanding of business tools related to project management methodologies is required
