We’re looking for a Senior Technical Designer to lead the technical delivery of complex, ground-up projects from concept through construction. You’ll collaborate with principals, project architects, and consultants to bring high-quality multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality, office, and retail projects to life.
- Lead coordination with consultants and oversee QA/QC
- Drive the technical side of design and documentation across all phases
- Manage construction administration and ensure constructability and code compliance
- Mentor project teams and support client communication
