

Willingness to be very hands on daily in all aspects of accounting and general operations.
We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our small team as Bookkeeper / Accountant. Construction and or manufacturing experience preferred but not required. Our Bookkeeper / Accountant will be comfortable working hands-on in different areas of accounting, operations and HR such as payroll, purchasing (including obtaining price quotes, writing purchase orders, and receipt of goods properly), managing and maintaining inventory quantities by working with AP, production, shipping and receiving teams, etc. You could also assist with other areas of accounting and operations including but not limited to AP, AR, general accounting, general financial reporting, hr, etc. Very strong computer experience is absolutely required, including strong excel skills. Experience with Sage 100 and ADP a plus but not required.
Comfortable in a small team environment.
Advanced computer skills and strong proficiency in Excel is an absolute must, as well strong overall computer skills.
Prior experience in Manufacturing and/or Construction strongly preferred, but not required.
Ability to meet tight deadlines.
Experience with general payroll / general hr a plus.
Extensive amount of professional accounting/finance experience.
