What you would be doing
- Ordering and maintenance of office stationery requirements
- Assist the team in ordering of PPE. Provide guidance and relevant product information via the PPE suppliers brochures and website
- Management of the BMC issues log. Monitoring of close out rates and drive to get timely resolutions to any issues raised.
- Facilitating the governance board. Ensuring any major changes are captured robustly and driven through the process with detailed communications and training plans in place if needed.
- Booking of training courses for members of the D&E team where required
- Covering PARAM reporting, (to include weekly timesheet adherence, KPIs, monthly financial and commercial reporting) when data controller is on leave.
- Management of travel booking for the whole D&E team
- The general administration of our internally developed system, PARAM. This includes data validity and setting direction for improvements to the system.
